how r u really ur doing a fantastic job ambar, and im a great fan of yours, i would like to request yot ips for weight loss n i do have a problems in periods 3 months 4 months i dont get them its almost 1 month im on diet but not able to reduce 1kg also im married n have a baby boy of 1 half yrs i live in dubai can u pls suggest me some useful tips will be thankful to u dear thanx
